Worked with this client to get an appointment to discuss their adjustable-rate mortgage, getting ready to adjust upward … a lot!

My client offered $500 in groceries to recipients just to meet with them and discuss how they could help the homeowner out of their difficult predicament.  The effort was extremely successful.
